The Hotel Conneaut

$170 for one of the dirtiest rooms i have ever stayed in. Mold on the walls on the bathroom Stairs on the box spring Windows don’t close Screens ripped Pictures on line are nothing like the rooms you stay in, unless you are lucky enough to get one of the very few renovated rooms… We will never go back

The "restaurant" leaves a lot to be desired. The staff needs to be coached as to how to greet diners especially since we waited so long - unlike the others that gave up and left. First they opened almost an hour late. When they finally opened the door there was no thank you for coming, please be seated, or an offer of a menu or drinks. They took their time setting up the bar and only then brought menus. The food was ok but the entire experience was not something that I could recommend or venture to again. It was just what you would find at your average pub.
