I stayed in a room for 2 days, there was no electricity or water on one of those 2 dates, and there was also an overflow of rainwater that damaged the beach adjacent to the hotel, preventing bathing on the beach.

Las instalaciones del hotel son antiguas y se nota por la falta de mantenimiento.
En nuestra habitación el filtro del aire acondicionado estaba muy sucio lo que nos generó problemas respiratorios.
En la playa estaban destruyendo un edificio dentro del hotel que causaba ruido excesivo durante todo el día.

Points to know 1) it is an hour from the airport 2) they clearly do not get many non Spanish speakers ( not necessarily an issue!) 3) only breakfast is included and when we visited there was nothing open nearby. When we checked in I was asked for 600 sol on my credit card but did not receive a good explanation of what this was for and so opted to pay per transaction, this clearly was not liked and so the next day I placed 300 sol on the card, not sure why the huge discount. We then ordered the evening meal and gave room number a few times, then left. We were followed to the room and ordered to sign a document, in Spanish with no explanation. I am guessing this is to say we ordered the food, any other hotel we have stayed in you just give the room number and settle when you check out, we were made to feel that we were criminals and ate food without paying. A sheet to give to English travellers explaining all the processes would be a good idea. The only way to contact the reception with an issue is via the whatsapp.. our first night a light flashed every 10 seconds which disrupted our sleep, reported this at 7 am on Whatsapp, returned to the room at 3 pm and the issue was still there! went to reception and it was resolved within 10 minutes, and we received a fruit basket as way of apology. There are no vegetarian options at the restaurant for the lunch and evening meals, and the English translation of the meals leaves a lot to be desired and bewilderment, mixed ironing anyone ? Having said all of this, the hotel was very quiet ( off season) and we virtually had it to ourselves, it was clean, spacious and needed after a 2 week tour of Peru. Staff who stood out Patrick and Nahomy at reception who tried to help.

Amazing stay! We stayed here with my girlfriend and had an amazing time. The best part was the predisposition of the staff to fulfill any need and give solutions to any problem or request we had. From room upgrades to towel services for the pool. Also, the hotel was always impecable and it was rare to find even water in the floor or any sort of sand from the beach inside the building. The bar drinks were also amazing along with the food offered in the restaurant. Fully recommend the daiquiris; and the whole hotel is very well interconnected, to the point that you can schedule a pizza from the pool bar to your room at a specific time. In case you want to go outside for anything, the staff in the hotel can guide you very well for anything you may need or want to do. Finally, the view and natural environment were amazing. Beautiful from sunrise to sunset. The best part was that there was very little wind at nights, so you can enjoy longer the pool or the beach. Overall great experience, and fully recommend it in all sense.

Excellent place, the food was very good and good entertainment. The service is spectacular. A ver good destination for fishing, beach and water sports, enjoying the sea and good sun. Ideal for coming with family, friends and work. Vera good experience!!
