All the staffs were really nice and polite! As the location was really nice too and they were also able to get us into our room even though we got there a little early. Would love to stay here again.

This hotel was awful. No hair dryer, no coffee maker in the room, the shower handle fell off when we touched it, the water smelled (when it worked). One night the water was completely turned off and the hotel staff was horrible to work with, bad attitudes the whole time, no compensation at all for the lack of runningwater and they denied our refund completely for that night. Our trips.com partner was so nice and helpful which was the only redeeming quality of this stay. Do not stay at Hotel Felix!

The location is good. Everything is accessible within 1 hour. But the room is so small and not worth the price.

We had a room that had a broken window and phone, they were able to give us a new room but it was significantly smaller than the first. It was unfortunate to not be able to include our guests in our room but the staff was very kind and there were no other issues throughout our entire stay

Hot water in sink didn't work. Asked for a wake up call and never received it. Older property with average updates but wear and tear is obvious. Staff was friendly and gave out water at check-in. Just looking for bare minimum 3 star hotel it's ok for a quick stay. I was there 1 night.

The hotel was very nice, clean and quiet. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very nice front desk clerk named Charita she was super friendly and very helpful. When we went to check out after having a GREAT time in Chicago we again were greeted by Charita who was so pleasant and thanked us for staying and told us to please come back soon. She was the best we will definatley be back!!!!!

One night stay but really enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars.

Very clean and unique. Walkable to Division, Rush, Moody Bible, Michigan Ave, Riverwalk. Rooms are updated and classy, the vibe is fun. Highly recommend.
