It's supposed to be a smoke-free hotel yet. People were definitely smoking on the second floor while I was there and it was very noisy

There was a smell in the hallways. The room had holes in the door way. The floor had a sticky residue.

Hotel was tired and run down. Not the cleanest, but not the worst. People were nice. Gonna pick a different place next time but it was terrible.

Staff was helpful, clean rooms. Breakfast choices no good. Everything in the area closes early but it is a safe area with easy commute to Chicago.

The room was decent and modern, except the toilet and shower, but the hallway spelled of pot and the hot tub was out. We specifically look for hotels with hot tubs, so this was very disappointing. We won't be staying here again.

My accessible room is lovely, quite, clean and safe.
The entire staff is warm, friendly, courteous and extremely professional.

The hotel itself was fine - I was a little nervous about the parking lot but that might have just been me. Nothing happened, just a lot of other traffic around the hotel.
