In Coolangatta for a family wedding. Our group had numerous rooms in Carool. Some rooms were magnificent, some were ok, one was very very average, namely Apartment 7. Old, tired, owners obviously have no desire to make it presentable. Some areas were not clean, limited kitchen plates and bowls etc. Do your homework and ask for photos of your room before you book.

Extra-friendly and very helpful staff. Great service! Excellent location. Our welcome at check-in was easy and help with our luggage was much appreciated. Our apartment was clean, neat and well-supplied. Help at our check-out was beyond description.

We had a ten day stay in the very comfortable Apartment 10 at Carool Apartments. The apartment had everything you could want and more; especially the well appointed kitchen. The apartment is very bright and airy with amazing views of the ocean and the beach. It was still whale migration time and we able to watch, from the apartment, whales frolic in the ocean as they travelled south. The lovely beaches and cafes are just a short walk from the apartment. We will certainly come again.

We arrived on a Sunday when office closed. Prior to arriving information was sent how to access our apartment. Information easy to follow. We were on the right side of building where we had a partial view front deck the beach side deck ocean. Very pleasant. Apartment 2 bedroom spacious, kitchen all the items we required. Very close to beach and the Surf Club, join and discount prices off meals, drinks. Host and hostess very helpful with information we required. When seen about very cheerful. Pool pleasant. S Supermarkets, one at Coolingata beach other in a mall by Teed Towers. My house had recently knee replacement and he could comfortably walk there

We've always loved Coolangatta and in Carool we've found a brilliant apartment. Tina and Mike are wonderful hosts who can't do enough to help make your stay as good as it can be. The Carool is in a terrific position to enjoy all the best there is of Coolangatta and Rainbow Bay in particular.

The size of the apartment meant our 2 adult children had plenty of space, and the apartment was really well fitted out. The views of the ocean were amazing and the location was lovely and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Yearly we holiday. This would have to be one of the best so far in the 10+ years we've been travelling to the Sunshine and Gold Coast. Our room had everything we needed and more. Beautiful beaches, plenty of shopping precincts nearby and great places to dine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had the pleasure of chatting with the Manager, Tina. She was very informative about what was around the area. Her pleasant manner and conversation was what added to us coming away with wonderful memories. We do hope to return again.
