I sustained damage to my vehicle she to a cement wall which was too low to be visible from the servers side. I understand the venue is under construction, and suggest a marker at the corner of the driveway heading to the lower units.

The staff here are amazing and the rooms are new, clean and well appointed.
I can't wait until all the reconstruction is done (at the moment there are several construction areas) and would definitely stay again!
Plus, pets are welcome for only $25 p.n. so our pup could happily stay with us :)

We were able to upgrade to a King bed room for $10 which was great. Brand new facilities and excellent for parking.

Loved the views out to the bush where we could watch Kangas. Interesting hotel as its in the middle of renovations which seem to be happening everywhere. We had an older room but were comfortable enough.Thin walls.

It’s hard to give a definitive review as the property is in the process of enormous refurbishment and construction. We were fortunate to get a refurbished room for the night, had a lovely view looking over the town and sunrise in the morning. The refurbishment of this room was excellent, however the room was very small so we had to manoeuvre around each other constantly. Ideal for a single person. The pluses were : lots of power points, excellent shower, huge TV with Netflix, You Tube etc available. Very good wifi, very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend in another 6 months to a year when it may be completed but before that request a refurbished room only.

You wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Cooma. The newly refurbished room was terrific. Modern, top quality. The hostess/receptionist was charming and such a people person. Loved my stay immensely

Complex is in process of being upgraded / refurbished so outside appearance is "ordinary" at moment (Sept 2023). The room provided was not an upgraded room (an upgraded room was offered for a slight up-charge but was declined by self) and room allocated was clean & functional. No cooking / food heating facility inside room (explained at check-in) and as complex is more than a walk "out of town" it was eat in town (many options) or take away. Not an issue as only an overnight stay

The room stunk of some sort of excessive cleaning product similar to Glen 20 or some type of carpet cleaner, as a result the room’s window had to be left wide open for 3 hrs so that the room could air out properly.
The room’s walls were also very thin which meant being kept up all night by excessive noise from the people in the rooms next door.
