Confortável e bem localizado, o tem uma linda vista do Lago Titicaca, e fica a menos de 5 minutos da rua principal, que leva à Basílica de Nossa Senhora de Copacabana. Infelizmente não arrumaram nosso quarto de um dia para outro, apesar de solicitado.

Quando reservei na reserva constava que eu poderia pagar a estadia no cartão de crédito porém na hora de pagar a funcionária exigiu pagamento em dinheiro sob a alegação de que no cartão ela não poderia dar o desconto de 13% de um imposto o qual somos isentos por sermos estrangeiros. Acabei tendo que pagar em dinheiro por imposição do hotel o que me desorganizou pois estava com pouco dinheiro. Depois disso nós hospedamos em Lá Paz e Santa Cruz de Lá Sierra onde pagamos no cartão sem problemas o que comprova que a tal regra não existe. Se querem receber apenas em dinheiro isso deve ser informado quando da reserva. Fiquei insatisfeito com isso.

Instalaciones muy limpias y amplias , la habitación con una vista muy agradable al lago, agua en regadera con una gran fluidez q hizo del baño una delicia, personal muy atento y cordial , alimentos bien elaborados y una. Vista preciosa del lago, un espacio para regresar
