Great location—5 min walk to Central Station, easy access to Tivoli and museums. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom large, shower amazing (strong pressure, stable temp). Our room faced Tivoli—perfect for fireworks! Front desk was super nice and handled multiple booking changes for our big group smoothly. Restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced (pasta & steak both great). Matcha latte was a highlight! Would stay again.

I stayed in one of the suites and had a really excellent experience. The design is a standout - spacious, modern, and very thoughtfully laid out, making it ideal for both relaxing and longer stays. The staff were fantastic throughout: welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Service was consistently strong and added a lot to the overall experience. There are just a couple of small touches that could improve things further - providing slippers and a kitchen towel would make the suite feel even more complete. Overall, a beautifully designed hotel with great service — highly recommended.

The location is excellent and near to the train station Spar 1. If u come by plain to Copenhagen you must take this line not Metro. The room was clean. But there is not toothbrush provided by hotel as well as slippers. In this price, I expect those. Also no mineral water. Others are pretty well, from being clean to the behaviour of front  desk.

This is currently my number one hotel in Europe. It's about a 7-8 minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station, located between two bank buildings. You need to go up to a platform, but don't worry about your luggage, as the stairs are a zigzag ramp; you can just push your luggage up. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly! Although it just opened, they are still constantly improving! The rooms are decorated in a simple and practical Scandinavian style, and each room has its own induction cooker, large refrigerator, oven/microwave, dishwasher, and kitchenware, meeting the needs of cooking for yourself while traveling! Thumbs up! 👍
