The hotel service was excellent. I believe Wakeup Copenhagen is a chain, and I highly recommend this hotel because the individual stay experience was fantastic. That's why I chose this hotel again after coming to Denmark. The location is also great, making it convenient to walk to all the major attractions.

Appalling experience. My partner and I were removed from the premises late at night by staff and the police following a complaint that our television volume was too loud. This allegation was incorrect; nevertheless, the situation was handled in an unnecessary and disproportionate manner. Despite there being no valid justification, I was placed in handcuffs by the police and we were forced to leave the property and remain outside during the night. The actions taken were excessive and caused significant distress. The behaviour of the staff was rude, unprofessional, and wholly inappropriate. The incident demonstrated a serious lack of proper judgment and customer care. I would strongly advise others to avoid this establishment.

The staff were consistently warm and friendly, making our entire stay, from check-in to check-out, very comfortable. The room was spacious and well-laid out, and the cleanliness was excellent, keeping everything neat and tidy. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a great night's sleep. The public areas were also well-maintained and orderly. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay with great value for money.
