Comfort Inn & Suites Copley Akron

Pool was a nice temperature, everything clean and in working order. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked. All the employees were super friendly. Loved the lemon water in the lobby. Thanks for the great stay!

Breakfast was great. There was an odd smell in our room. Some kind of cleaner maybe. Hotel was clean but very dated

We found a blood stain on the comforter that wasn’t ours… someone else’s personal lubricant left behind in the drawer under the microwave. There was paint chipping all over and it was very outdated. A bit grungy in spots. A staff member talked to us at breakfast and was very friendly but we couldn’t really find other staff around to address our other issues, get more towels or toilet paper etc. wasn’t over all super clean.

This property is in a state of disrepair. The elevator barely works and is incredibly rickety. The whole hotel smells like sour milk, and our room was disgusting. There were crumbs all over our carpet, candy in the chair, hairs all over the bathroom, gross stains in the fridge, and dirty bathroom mirror. We were only staying one night so decided to stick it out until we went to bed around midnight and found a dried up puddle of pee. We left immediately and the woman at the desk was rude and I have been refused a refund by the property. I have escalated to corporate in hopes of a resolution. Horrible experience and would never recommend

Business stay It wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed, but the n my one night stay, the elevator was out of service, the closet door didn’t open because there was no bottom track, the comforter had something on it that didn’t appear to have been washed, and there was someone else’s bar of soap in my shower. But the bed was comfortable and the people at the front desk were very friendly.

Reasonable Overall for the price this was a good choice for a last minute nights stay. The back door lock didnt work so they had to put a rock in it to keep from locking. They only allowed you to use the questionable elevator if you are on 3rd or 4th floor no stop at 2nd. I wish i got her name ,The sweet older lady who worked the breakfast room was so nice and helpful. She definitely is a keeper. Room was clean yet very outdated and falling apart. Cable kept glitching eveey 2 min no.matter what channel you are on. Overall price reasonable, room clean, for a last minute stay.
