In nearly all ways hotel was really good but what let it down was being charged 6 euros for two coffee sachets 2 bags and 4 very small milk portions in the room . I work in an hotel which provides all the above free of charge

Very welcoming staff//owners. Ideal location for eurotunnel. There is a good restaurant very close by in easy walking distance. You even get a discount by simply presenting your hotel room key card. Breakfast was very good also. I did like, in particular, the boil your own egg machine. No more over cooked eggs (unless you left it in there for too long yourself). I will book this hotel again on my next Europe trip via Eurotunnel.

Hotel was great, so close for the Tunnel and easy drive to the port of Calais. Great communication from staff as we made a late booking. Secure overnight parking

Staff always friendly but on this visit the bathroom was unworkable - squeezing past a sink to get to the toilet, and a black-mouldy overbath shower screen that neither opened to allow access to the miniature bath nor stayed closed to keep shower water in. Poor quality compared to B&B Hotels next door.

Overnight stay at Calais before ferry. Hotel very near to restaurants and a shopping centre.
Room comfortable and ten times better than a comparable Ibis of about the same price. Bed very comfortable, room clean, small, but well thought out. Nice area to sit and relax with a drink.
Pet friendly for 10 euros.
