Great location. Nice and comfortable room. Friendly service.

Stayed as part of a pre cruise so hotel was recommended . Worse stay ever . Hotel is old and dated . Rooms were not clean properly at all . Changed rooms 3 times First room tattered carpets Second room drain / sewer smell in bathroom shower . Shower either worked the hand held option or shower head . Third room same problems with shower and the condition was not any better . Booked the standard King room as per the cruise booking . Will not go back for sure . Staff did respond to queries and did try to assist but the issues are the building and cleaning .

Great location if your looking to stay in the gables. Hotel is very old. Barhrooms need renovations and bathrubs need to be taken out. Bed sort of comfortable.

I was travelling with my wife and booked a room with a king bed. When we arrived, the hotel confirmed our booking then told us the only room available was two queen beds due to the fact that their loyalty program ranks ahead of ******* bookings. Good to know.

Nice hotel, clean room, comfy beds. Close to some restaurants and shopping.

Room was clean. One of the shampoo containers was full of water instead of product. We asked for a change and had to do twice before taken care of. Also asked for extra towels and they were taken away everyday

Pedro at the front desk was great! The room (studio suite) was not that great. It was very clean but there was a bit of a funny smell and we had no view at all. The room was located next to the exercise room and there was a lot of noise, especially weights put down on the floor.

Horrible shower and pillows, and bedbugs!!! Would not recommend unless you are “bug friendly”.
