Clean, spacious, comfortable room. Good parking and convenient location walkable to the city centre. We didn't get breakfast tmas part of our room rate - did an easy 5 minute walk to the English Market instead and had wonderful meal there in the cafe as well as buying from the various vendors. Hotel staff was super friendly.

Clean room, lift to floor, and on site parking. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast in the AM has a charge but we found it reasonable and tasty. The hotel isn’t far from English Market or City Center. We found Liberty Grill restaurant by chance down the street. Great food there.

Great hotel, feels a tad dated in the rooms. The location is fantastic a short walk into Cork with free secure parking. From the outside the hotel looks very new but inside could do with an update compared to some of the hotels we stayed in during our stay in Ireland. The room was large and spacious and it had a comfy bed. Breakfast was good quality and we were able to adapt it to our requirements. I would definitely return

My room had an infestation of spiders. They took over the wall and the windows. I tried to move rooms, but the hotel was booked. They told me there was nothing they could do. My parenter qnd I attempted to kill as many as we couod to get through the night, but it was an impossible task. The spiders woupd go down the cieling onto the bed. Nothing was done during checkout because "there was no manager on site" it was ridiculous.

Great location, 10 minutes walk to city centre and 15 minutes to the bus station. Good choice of restaurants and bars eaily walkable from the hotel including two of the best just opposite. Quiet location except for Saturday night when carousing university students woke us in the early hours. Very nice rooms and very good service.

Very helpful staff at check in, lovely big bedroom. An excellent choice for breakfast and the food was really good.
Only negative was no food in hotel apart from breakfast and no bar facilities.
A very enjoyable stay and would return if ever in Cork again.

Conveniently located property. We were very grateful to be able to park our car in the lot early and explore the town before checking in. The staff were friendly and professional.
