Half of our room lights didn't work. The toilet ran all night. The hallway and other rooms were so loud, absolutely no privacy.

Hotel was close to everything. Walking distance to Corning Museum of Glass and all the shops on Market St. Our room had kind of a Musty smell and when you first pull up to the hotel it looks a little shabby. But all in all it was fine for me and my husband

******* never informed Quality that I was arriving and had booked and paid for a room. I don't carry a smart phone, so the reservation clerk tried calling *******. She could not get past the voice mailbox. Quality allowed me network access on my laptop, and I was able to show her the e-mail from ******* confirming the reservation & payment. Quality not only found a room for me, but gave me an upgrade from Queen to King Suite. Bravo to Quality and a big BOO! to *******.

Very friendly service at check in, ideas for tours and things to do were offered.
Room was large and clean as was the bathroom.
The breakfast was your typical continental fare, nothing particular stood out and the scrambled eggs were of inferior quality.
Overall, a nice stay at a clean modern hotel.
Note: This place has no elevators

Friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast is typical but good. Room was clean. If you enjoy walking, walk to Corning Museum of Glass or across bridge to Market street.
