I had to ask to a room change because it looked like the room I got was not cleaned (the bed looked like used and barely “extended”). The new room was better and I could enjoyed my stay without further issues.

Just an overnight in Corning. The bed was very comfortable and the room was pleasant.
I liked the prefilled shampoo,conditioner and body soap available in the shower.
The only drawback was no complimentary breakfast available.
It is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants.
I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again!

Our first room had a leak by the window. Someone had left a towel there to soak it up. We told the front desk and he promptly changed our room. The second room’s tv didn’t work so someone had to come and set it up. The entire time we watched the tv, it pixelated. They are old. Chips in the paint, just outdated.

This hotel had an excellent location which made it very convenient to visit such a fun street in Corning and the Corning Museum of Glass. The room was very clean and nice. We ate dinner there and the food was excellent! I highly recommend the Radisson!

I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, but the PTAC unit kept going on/off and there was no way to make the noise constant. I woke up numerous times during the night and changed settings but nothing helped. That said, I'd stay again which tells you how much I enjoyed the hotel as a whole. Great location, nice staff, nice bar/restaurant.

The Radisson is in a great location. The staff is so friendly, the rooms are clean. They are pet friendly and we love staying there every time we come to Corning to visit family.

******* was contacted to correct last name spelling error which was never corrected.
Traveling to the hotel from Canada there was a major border closing and all borders to the US closed. I called the hotel to advise and they said they would mark the room “late arrival”. When my son was able to enter the US the next morning and checked into the Raddison he was told the room was a no show and cancelled. So we had to purchase another room for another $98.00 on top of the $271.00 we already paid for the room. This is the most ridiculous solution. How do you suggest we proceed to getting a refund?

room was very clean. The breakfast needs improvement. Coffee was not tasty, and potato was too salty. The butter for the toast should be on the side. it should be better for being given a choice the toast with butter, or not.
