Amazing little hotel few mins walk from train station and short walk into Newquay town, close to all amenities; friendly front desk staff easy quick check in process and helpful with our luggage! Bougie chic room and the decorative style of hotel was very chic and upmarket would definitely recommend 💯

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is great, it's across the street from the beach.
The bed here is very low so those having problem with lower bed may not like it.

Tiny dirty rooms, the carpet in our room was honestly so stained with unknown things! Outdated decor. Springy beds and noisy, didn’t even know spring beds still existed!. Good location and very friendly staff though. Don’t stay here thinking it’s a four star hotel because it isn’t.

The hotel is quite outdated and tired. The stains on the carpet were an eyesore. The double rooms were small, and there was a strange smell in the shower that didn’t go away.
On the positive side, the location was perfect and the staff were extremely helpful.

This hotel is fantastic and right opposite the beach. My room was spacious and had a bath, which was a lovely surprise. Great stay, recommended.

The customer service was excellent, and the room was clean. The only issue we faced is with the air conditioning. As it was hot weather, it was warm inside during night. There’s only fan to escape from heat. If there is atleast a cooler, then it will be awesome

Very nice place and really nice looking. The room was a bit hot but was provided with fans. Drinks were reasonably priced. Restaurants looked great but didn't have food there. Would Def go again maybe with a deluxe room next time.
