My husband and myself are in our 60’s with health problems. There was no one to help us with the suitcases. We were given a room on the top floor. There are no lifts. The bathroom had no window that opened or any air ventilation fans. I saw mould marks on the wall and black areas in the shower cubicle. The toilet paper was the thinnest and cheapest. The food was very limited and the bread given to us again was the most basic and cheapest. No bread rolls, cheese or cold meats. Also noticed loud noises in the bathroom at times. As we were in the loft area the roof was slanted and we kept on hitting our heads!

Anacapri is a hotel that we thoroughly recommend. The hotel is in an ideal location in the best part of Falmouth within easy walking distance of two good shelving beaches. The Co-op is just round the corner. The hotel is easily accessible and has plenty of free parking. Checking in was efficient with friendly staff who asked us to fill in our breakfast requests at our leisure but before 8 pm. Room 16 was tastefully decorated with sea view, comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi and Ensuite shower. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of choice and seemed unlimited. The only drawbacks were the noise from early morning seagulls if you kept the window open and local pubs and restaurants nearby and in town were very pricey. Pubs on the North edge of town serve great food at reasonable prices such as the Lemon Arms in Mylor Bridge.
