The stay experience was great! The front desk was friendly and efficient, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel is nice, but a bit dated. Hard to beat the location and a good price.

The stay was wonderful. However I booked the stay for 4 nights (Thurs.-Sun) and checked out Monday. The property had me for 1 night (Thurs). The front desked asked me to return Fri. Morning to add the other 3 nights. On Monday after checking they chsrged me than Expdia did. $300 more. So, pay with ******* when booking and do not select the option to pay when you arrive. That was the only hprrible part of this trip. Other than that it was very enjoyable.

Ok but…
The room was fine, underwhelming and a bit dark due to its location. Pool service was significantly understaffed and very few umbrellas were available for use. Had issues with a loud upstairs guest who was running,jumping, and stomping at 11pm. Took a call to the front desk, followed by personally going up to the front desk to get security to make contact with the guest. Overall the stay was fine, but not sure if worth the price
