MONDAY GUESTS - Please note that if you are a guest at this home on Monday, we ask that you bring the trash bins out to the curb as the city picks up trash on Tuesday morning. Failure to pull trash cans out will result in a fee of $75.00 as we will need to pay to have someone to remove and discard the trash from trash cans.
The back garage is being renovated into an apartment no one is allowed to access the dwelling.
NOTE: This home is sprayed by Fox Pest every month, however it is located near the bay and because of this, guests might see a water bug or the occasional roach. The house was wonderful. It was very clean, we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and clean, The kitchen was completely stocked with all sorts of dishes and glasswear. the location is about 30 minutes away from the Padre state park.

Location, family friendly
Our stay was really great, the location is super close to shopping areas, places to eat and most importantly, just a short drive to a variety of beaches.
Plenty of room and well kept. Up to date appliances were super nice to have making it feel like a home away from home. Would recommend

Family vacation
Everything about this place was great, the location was close to everything we wanted to do. The inside was decorated very nicely felt very homie the only reason why I didn’t give this place a 5 star was because the chairs are cloth which is fine but I’m not sure if the people before us had little kids but there was “Cheeto like” stains on the chair and couch, so maybe check after the cleaning people to make sure they clean that. Other than that this place is absolutely gorgeous and it was super close to all the places we wanted to visit! ♥️♥️♥️♥️
