Be careful with taxi reservation by hotel
Hotel was very good. But the taxi which hotel reserved for us was terrible. How come it costs 115 euro from Villard to Grenoble station? Normally it costs 60-80 euro max. Hotel should arrange us official taxi, not private driver.

A very beautiful hotel which has retained the charm of the beginning of the 20th century. It is very good to live there. The only downside is the customers who park their cars in front of the park (despite the “stop minute” signs) and thus spoil the unique panorama that this hotel offers us.

a dive into a late 19th century building for the resort hostelry. Well preserved with pleasant decoration and pleasant, light furniture. It's very nice, rooms, corridors, hall, breakfast room. The team is helpful and welcoming. The restaurant was closed and I did not try the spa. We will return to this beautiful region. Really good and varied breakfast.
