Hotel Malibu Park

Stayed for a week in April 2024. This is a quiet Aparthotel complex, and is up a hill. The pool area is very clean, and the pool is heated. There is a well positioned pool bar, but no entertainment programme. It made a fantastic base for our trip, and is within walking distance of the port, Siam park and the beach. Comfy beds, clean, great location, well equipped kitchen. Under the complex there are a few shops and bars, and a supermarket where you can get most things. There is a very good restaurant nearly called La molina blanca, as well as a decent pizzeria and other food options. We had a lovely balcony, and the staff could not do enough for you. I would definitely stay here again. Kitchen had a large fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob and fill sized oven. An iron is provided and there are hairdryers. The shower cubicle is very small, but the shower was very powerful and there was plenty of hot water.

Yes the rooms need some updating but it's ideal for a cheap and sunny get away. Use the back entrance to avoid the hill! ( there is a lift). The pool is lovely clean and heated. All the staff are friendly and happy to help. The taxi are cheap to get you to Siam Park or Las Americas etc and 35 euros from the airport to Malibu Park. The takeaways are good and they will deliver it to your room until 1am. We will definitely visit again. Thank you

A disaster. Unclean apartment. Ants were everywhere inside. Couch and bed had hair and dirt everywhere. Isolation? Not existent. You can not sleep at night. You can hear all the neighbors what they are doing, etc. The worst apartment ever. I will not recommend this apartament.

Very basic small apartment, disappointing compared to the reviews and tui photos and definitely not worth what we paid. The bedroom was just big enough to fit in a bed with no window/ natural light and a vent which opened next to the landing corridor so too noisy to leave open. There was just a thin sheet as covering and we had to request more covers. The bathroom was small but everything worked well and was in good condition. The kitchen had a sofa and table in it which filled the small space. The balcony overlooked the road and would have been nice if it had had a canopy like most of the others. We used the pool area once expecting a spacious area but the beds were close together because they were not allowed on the fake grass. The pool bar was not open in the morning. The location of Marola Park was at least 25 mins walk to the beach and the Adeje area more run down than we remembered from a few years back. We went to playa vista at los cristianos on the bus most days which we really enjoyed. A lot of the apartments are privately owned and we assume that’s where the great reviews are from.

Hotel was ok, they had problems with the laundry service so no new towels for the whole week and no pillows or sheets for the pull out bed in the living room(where our children were to sleep) we made do the first night because it was late - they were good at changing our room the next day though. (The shower was broken too and there were sewer gnats everywhere). Next room was much better! There were lots of people using ***** around which we could smell everywhere (even when in the rooms), which was unpleasant with the children. We had a terrible experience checking out - first we were ignored when we wanted to hand over the key and entrance card, the guy just stared at his screen, then he stated our deposit couldnt be returned because the card number on the receipt they had paperclipped to the bill didnt match our card. They must have mixed up the receipts, because we don’t have a card with this number. The person at the desk was extremely rude about the situation. He wouldnt listen or try and resolve the problem. (Their mistake) we even provided proof. We showed the bank transaction and from when we paid the deposit and card number and transaction time don’t correspond, but even then they were not willing to help. A shame to have ended the holiday being treated so badly.

The worst ever experience. First they put us in a room where the flies from the sewer can in. Then, kindly Jose/Altea were kind to arrange a different apartment without these flies. They all use the excuse that if there isn’t enough bedding/sheets is due to an external lavanderia, which I rubbish. The worst is the younger kidd working there, he seems to allways be angry. After we returned our key for a refund of our deposit, first he completely ignored my wife and afterwords he stated he can’t give us our money back because the transaction date/bank account doesn’t match. They were the ones that mixed everything up. Even after providing proof they still wouldn’t give out money back. Beeing back from holiday after 4 days of single way WhatsApp they finally responded and simply said not our problem you are not getting your money back. Be warned, don’t ever go there, they are scammers, liars and rude people. Please people see this as a warning, do not go there!

Great hotel, excellent location and friendly staff. Good sized pool gets sun all day. Along with nice poolside bar that is cheap. 2 min walk to loads of bars and restraunts and shops. Very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again if I return to Tenerife.

From start to finish, hospitality was brilliant, the staff was always very helpful calling us taxis daily, which came in mins always. The room we received was more than expected with a great fully equipped kitchen. It was bright and spacious with a lovely large terrace right facing the pool! The location was perfect for easy access to so many of the areas/beaches in South tenerife, and having hemingsway cafe on the doorstep was perfect as their breakfasts are better than bk home! Would definitely return. Thanks again!! 💕🙌👌🏽

We were a bit unsure about booking here after reading a few negative reviews. These reviews didn’t match our experience of Malibu Park. Our 1 bedroom apartment was large, clean and had plenty of storage. It was modern in style with a large screen tv, sofa and lots of cooking utensils. There was also a fridge, kettle and a toaster along with a full sized oven and 2 pan hob. Outside there was 2 balconies, 1 with a table and chairs and the downstairs balcony had 2 sunbeds and an umbrella. Malibu Park is in a nice area, with Aqualand at one side and the tennis club at the other side. There is a slight hill over the motorway bridge to reach the apartments. This is the only steep bit if you use the back entrance to the complex. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful.
