Haciendas IV

5th time staying here and it gets better every time. Newly refurbished spacious and very modern apartments/ bungalows, actually more like villas. Very clean and tidy with all new modern facilities. Luxurious balconies/gardens, hammock ,sunloungers, outdoor dining and coffee Areas and even gas barbecue. Not 1 thing we can say bad about our recent stay. Already booking again for September. Staff fabulous and at hand. All areas clean and tidy. Safe and secure gated complex. Convenient to all amenities. Local bus and taxi stand meters away. Quiet and relaxing area. Definitely deserves a fantastic review. Thanks and see you in September.

Highly Recomended, Close to local resturants and shops also aqualand, Great relaxing location with busy areas in walking distance or scooter / quick taxi ride (use taxiclick app). Shared pools with stunning waterfalls can always get a sun lounger (never busy). Absolutely stunning views of the sea, make sure you catch a sunset! wow. Clean modern apartments, very comfy beds. Special mention to Mara and Yohanna on reception for amazing service. Will be back soon....

This place is absolutely perfect! The accommodation was clean, the beds were very comfy, the staff were excellent and accommodating. Fairly local to Las Americas if you don’t mind a short walk. I can’t recommend this place enough. Great views from the balcony too.

Amazing apartments. We had 446. Everything you could need and a view to match. Up to date apartments clean. I would agree with previous reviews that the hard of walking it’s a trek. Taxi to top car park helps. Nearest taxi rank near overseas supermarket. Pizza place on the next street amazing. Easy walk to Adeje then along coast to americas. Definitely would go again. Absolutely fantastic apartments! We have just returned after spending 3 weeks here over Xmas and new year, we can’t fault these apartments in any way and staff were absolutely amazing! We stayed in a 2 bedroom large terrace apartment which was extremely big, we had the 2 bedrooms and an en-suite with walk in shower, we also had another toilet and small shower. Rooms were all big and we had a large living area, kitchen with great cooker all the utensils we needed with a large fridge freezer and also a utility room with washing machine. The apartment was spotless and the maids were in every 3 or so days cleaning and *****ping beds. Our outside area was massive with loungers and tables & chairs. The apartments have a WhatsApp service which was brilliant! You only needed to message and they responded immediately. Reception staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us! Lara and Mora❤️ The apartments have a British supermarket right next to them selling all British food. There is a few pubs and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and if you want into the busy part of Torviscas it’s about a 15 minute walk down the hill, it is a steep climb back up but a nice walk. We cannot recommend these apartments enough and would definitely recommend to anyone. We’ll definitely be back soon! Thank you so much for a fantastic 3 weeks! Xxx

We visited late Feb early March 2023. Weather was great, had a hire car, roads very congested, windy, and parking difficult. Road priority system and pedestrian crossings, especially at night as they are not lit, are a nightmare! We booked via AirBnb and got apartment 208A - in Haciendas II not IV which is next door. We did not know exactly which apartment it was until 24hrs before arrival. which was annoying. One wants to start travelling knowing where you are going not having to rely on a message giving you the location and key box codes when on the move! The apartment is owned by a company so has no 'homely' accoutrements, and no soft furnishings like cushions or occassional tables; all rather clinical and spartan. Quite a spacious main room and kitchen, small bedroom, with a large patio getting lots of sun with 2 sun loungers and a rather worn hammock. The only soft surface (apart from bed) to sit on or watch TV from is the sofa bed and this is not the most comfortable. When we arrived the mattress was well past use by date and sagged badly; fortunately the management changed it quickly but for an extremely hard one. They did not change the sofa bed which had a damaged arm on one side. All kitchen items functioned, but again only the required minimum of kit. The eye level cupboards open upwards and have a very sharp edge which can be easily not seen and give a nasty head cut, something soft needs to be attached to the corners ! We taped a wad of tissue. No sink plug, and despite a request for one it was not forthcoming. Big bathroom and shower that works well with plenty of hot water. Loo very close to the drawers so again one can biff ones head when sitting down! Poor design. One annoying aspect was the nose created from elsewhere, such as the apartment above, when furniture is moved. It is all concrete so noise carries and moving tables or sofa beds at 0630 upstairs is annoying. There is a glassed open centre to the apartment which goes through to the top apartment and sky, presumably to allow air to circulate in the summer, so this also enables any noise, and light from the upstairs apartment, to travel. The complex's pool is nice with a good view, but can get rather crowded. There is a reasonable supermarket about 5 mins away which is handy. Location of apartment is fine providing you can walk ok. If not a bit of a drag uphill from the town/beach, about 20+ mins. Nice and quite good and well priced pizza restaurant opposite which is handy. Parking is quite easy here which is fortunate as it is not the case in town or elsewhere on the island! An interesting place, but doubt we would return to the same complex. There are so many options around in the area which is swamped with similar developments.

We stayed in a 1 bed apartment with a terrace - this was nice and modern with a few imperfections which didn’t impact our trip at all - we had maintenance come along and resolve this for us. It was a spacious apartment and the pool area was extremely clean and also quiet! The apartment has everything you need and the bathroom was massive - even a washing machine. Only downside was no visit from a maid throughout to change bed sheets, a general clean up. Views from the balcony was lovely (we booked lateral sea view) and the area is nice and quiet Your about 15 mins from the beach in costa adeje where there is plenty to do so location I’d say is great. One thing I think worth mentioning is that the apartments are on a steep hill which l imagine some could struggle with but for us was fine just a good work out!

We stayed at the Haciendas IV we booked a bungalow with sea views, we were in one of the bungalows on the highest level. It was beautiful it had been refurbished everything was new, unfortunately the following day they started to refurbish the bungalow next door the noise of drilling was awful. I went to reception and asked what they could do as we were there for almost 4 weeks, the lady was very helpful and moved us to another bungalow. She said it didn't have as much of a sea view but we were fine with that, again it was refurbished but with a huge terrace and day bed shower table and chairs and loungers. Best of all it was ground level the previous bungalow had 101 steps so not easy for older or infirm people. The walk down to the front was about 10 minutes or to the beach 15 mins, a bit steep walking back up or a taxi was 4 euro. There is a supermarket 5 mins away with branded English goods or another big supermarket 10 mins down in the Eugene centre. Eating out there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, breakfasts from 2.50 euro and a three course evening meal 13.95 euro.

The crew is fabulous! Listen to all our wishes. The villa and the bungalows are amazing with all the accessories we needed. Oven, wash machin, plates and more. A lot of towels and if u need more u just need to ask. We text in whatsup and they reply very fast and usefuly. The shower is huge! The pool in the villa is fantastic! The place is peacful and quite, near resturants and supermarkets. We had a great vacation here. Very good value for our money.
