This was a bit of a mixed experience. First impressions were not positive as the front of the hotel was untidy and rubbish was stacked outside. Our room was a decent size and clean but at the front of the hotel by the busy main road, which was very noisy well into the night. The pool area is very small and some of the sun loungers were broken and unusable. There is a bar but it didn't seem to be open when we were there. All in all, didn't feel like a four star hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful though.

Hotel muy frío , muy austero, parece un convento. La habitación oscura, con una ventana que tiene una contraventana que abierta se queda encima de la mesilla . El baño tardó mucho en salir el agua caliente y no tiene ducha de lluvia , solo manual. El WC es altísimo, por lo tanto incómodo. Tampoco salió la fantasma que dicen tiene el Hotel. Parking en la calle. Desayuno correcto , sin más.

Le he quitado 2 puntos ya que es nada silencioso con las cañerías. Cada vez que tiraba de la cadena la habitación contigua,se escuchaba como si la tuviera al lado y que decir de los malos olores que desprendía los bajantes. Respecto el personal es estupendo y la situación del hotel también maravillosa.

Tras leer las opiniones iba un poco preocupado, pero todo resultó perfecto. Céntrico, personal amabilísimo. Buen desayuno. Aparcamiento gratis. Se trata de un Palacio que se esta restaurando. Mi habitación muy amplia y cómoda. Le falla la decoración. Le quito un punto para dárselo cuando esté terminado y para ver si mejora la decoración. Cerca del centro (5-10min a la plaza del Cabildo) y media hora a Bajo de Guía.

Muy buena experiencia, repetiremos. Repetiremos pronto. El desayuno no esta de acuerdo con la calidad del hotel. Hay gran diferencia con el trato del resto del hotel. Espero que la dirección tome nota y pueda subsanar este detalle. De todas formas esto no hace dejar de ir.

Hotel flojísimo. Habitaciones sucias, con olor muy fuerte a humedad y poco ventiladas. Necesita una reforma integral. Baño muy antiguo. El desayuno es correcto pero en general el hotel ni los servicios no es un hotel de 4 estrellas digna de la cadena Eurostart. Personal escaso pero amable.
