We have booked the suite - the pull out counch was not usuable and was 100 Years hold. there was no real blanket and pillows - this rooms does not sleep 4 as advertised

I always stay at this hotel when in town. I love everything about it. The beds are comfortable, room is always clean, plenty of linens and extra blankets. The staff are very helpful and nice. The only thing I don’t like is if I happen to get a room overlooking the roads. It is loud for me and it wakes me up. They have white noise machines, but that didn’t help. I have to make sure I get a room overlooking the parking lot in the future.

We usually stay at hyatt downtown and love the place. This place seemed a bit rundown, the desk service wasn't the best. The couch was not verry comfortable, but the bet was great. The fridge was not working and I finally had to pull it out of the cabinet and plug it in. Would rather stay at the one downtown.

I love this hotel!! We have stayed here before. It is very close to our house and we come here to let the kids swim. We love the heated pool and the hot tub. The rooms are nice and we sleep comfortably.
The breakfast is awesome- they have guacamole ready to make your own avocado toast! The kids loved all the options for juice and cereal and bagels and fruit. The lady at the desk when we checked in was exceptional - she made sure we were comfortable and ready to enjoy our staycation. The maintenance and cleaning staff was wonderful- friendly and helpful. We love this hotel and we will be back!!

I have stayed here many times and generally like it, however It is very frustrating to stay on floor other than level 4 . The last 3 visits the guests in the room above us were very loud all night, moving chairs, stomping around, etc. seriously until 4-5 am. I pay the “high floor” rate and still get this crap. I’m thinking I’ll find another place to stay for my travels, since I’m sure there is not a solution to this issue. I do like this hotel, but not enough to sacrifice a good night’s sleep.
