Spent a wonderful overnight stay at this wonderful hotel this week. Took a friend who had never stayed before and she just loved it. The friendly staff and just the homeliness of the whole place. And of course the views, just wow️ we were blessed with a dry and sunny few days in March which was just so wonderful to see the whole place at its best X I will b back X thank you

From start to finish we had a fabulous trip. Location is amazing. Afternoon tea was lovely with great views. They accommodated a gluten allergy without a second thought. Highlight of the trip was the spa. A must visit if your staying here. Throughout the hotel staff was really friendly.

Just back from our first stay at The Shandon Hotel and cannot wait to return. Had an overnight stay for a birthday present and it was amazing from start to finish The beautiful seaview room with amazing views, The Restaurant food was of very high standard and the use and treatments in the Spa just finished our lovely experience at The Shandon Hotel.

Just back from a birthday overnight treat at the Shandon Hotel which was amazing. I want to thank Carolynne and all her staff for the lovely welcome and added touches which made us feel very special. We stayed in room 502 which was amazing with beautiful views. The leisure centre was very clean and staff lovely. Our meal was gorgeous and once again staff couldn't do enough for us. Check in and out was very easy lovely staff and a big thank you to Ceri for all your help. This has not been our first stay and definitely won't be out last. Thank you once again John & Shirley Campbell

Beautiful hotel overlooking the marble hill beach, the hotel has been all done up to a high standard, the room was beautiful, dinner in the bar was fabulous and the breakfast was served with high standard the male waiter was very pleasant and attentive, I will be back

The junior suite was amazing. all around a brilliant stay. food was lovely in the bar and there was great music in the bar. Staff were bery polite, food was lovely. The new leisure centre is really good and the gym is fantastic.

Lovely hotel and excellent customer service. The staff were lovely & very welcoming. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Rituals toiletries were definitely a bonus. The views of the bay were amazing, even on a wet windy day! We ate in Beats Bar, we couldn't fault the food or service. Heading back in June when hopefully the weather will be much better to enjoy the beach

Just back home from an amazing trip to the Shandon! This was our second trip and we have actually rebooked for October! The love2spa package is a fantastic package. The staff, food and spa combined are amazing! Comfy beds and beautiful views! Myself mum and sister love our breaks at the Shandon!

We have been coming to the Shandon hotel since we got married here in 2019. Always have the best stay and are always welcomed with a lovely team at reception. The only problem we has was the restaurant we booked for 5pm and there wasn't many tables in the restaurant, the table we were given was not clean the floor wasn't cleaned and we were given a highchair that was so dirty aswell, (i couldnt believe the guy actually thought it was acceptable to bring it down like that). We asked to have everything cleaned. My husband and I ordered drinks his beer took about 10 mins to come and when I ordered a cocktail I think the girl forgot to order it as it was well over 30mins waiting for it. We asked the waitress if she put it through and she said the barman hasn't started it yet. So I asked just to leave it. We also asked for a wine cooler to the room and the same waitress said " no we are too busy" which we were a bit taken back by. I don't think we will be back to eat in the restaurant again but we still loved our stay using the leisure facilities with the children.
