Located in a prime office building area, the hotel offers convenient transportation and a safe, quiet, and clean environment, much like Beijing's CBD. It's also within walking distance of the main station's large shopping mall. Plus, there's a laundry room and a wide variety of dining options.

The drainage in the bathroom and bathtub was really bad... I couldn't be bothered to complain to the front desk. Another annoying issue was that whether I used Bolt or Uber, the location for Citadines always took me to the basement... it was terrible.

The hotel is located in La Defense, an area I personally prefer because it's a business district and feels safer than the city center. We booked a room with a terrace and a separate double bed. The living room also had a sofa that could be converted into two single beds, which was perfect for my son and daughter. There was also a dining table with four chairs, making it suitable for family meals, even if we ordered takeout late at night. The room seems to be newly renovated, and everything was very clean. The kitchen was also well-equipped. I've stayed in many serviced apartments of this type, and this one is by far the best I've experienced. Since we had been traveling for many days by the time we reached this stop, having a laundry room at the hotel where we could wash and dry clothes using an app was incredibly convenient. Perhaps because it's not a large hotel, the entrance can be a bit hard to find. If you call an Uber, drivers might struggle to locate it. It's better to tell them it's next to Novotel. We parked our car in the underground parking lot next door. When we drove out, a person who looked like a homeless individual followed us, asking for money, which was a bit unsettling.

Highly recommend! If I come back to Paris, I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again. It's super convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the subway station, making travel on Line 1 very easy. It feels safe even late at night, which is a big plus. The Arc de Triomphe is only 10 minutes away, so it's not far from the city center. The staff were friendly, and having two washing machines (5 euros) and two dryers (4 euros) on the ground floor was really useful. Compared to other accommodations in Paris, the price was very reasonable, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained, which I loved. As an apartment hotel, it even had a microwave with oven function, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee machine, which was fantastic.

We were a family of four traveling together. The hotel is located in La Défense, a business district that feels safe and quiet. It's a 3-minute walk to Metro Line 1. It was a bit hard for taxis to find using navigation, but we primarily used the subway for getting around. We arrived around 8 PM and were given a room at the end of the first floor. The entire first floor had a noticeable sewage smell. We strongly insisted on changing rooms the next day and were successful. Just a heads-up, avoid the first-floor rooms if you can, and try to get a higher floor. Also, both the Balcony Family Room and the standard Family Room have sofa beds that are the same size, 1.4 meters. Trip.com's details page incorrectly lists sizes of 1.2 and 1.4 meters, which is misleading. Trip.com, please correct the sofa bed dimensions; all hotel sofa beds are a unified 1.4 meters (as shown in pictures three and four). The room itself has two separate rooms, an induction cooktop, and pots, pans, and dishes, which is great for light cooking and very convenient for families. There's a Chinese buffet restaurant nearby with reasonable prices and good food.

Pretty good! We were able to check in early, which was a nice bonus. They didn't clean the room every day, but that was fine by us. The room itself was spacious, with a separate living room. But the absolute best part was the huge balcony – perfect for drying clothes! Downstairs, they had a free coffee machine, which was awesome. It saved us so much money on coffee during our week in Paris. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, to be honest, but that's okay. And getting to the subway was convenient too.

The hotel's location is also very remote. When we called a taxi from the airport to the hotel, the driver couldn't find it. He searched for 45 minutes nearby without success. We checked the map, saw it was close, and decided to get off and walk for 6 minutes using Google Maps to finally find the hotel. Every time we tried to call a taxi, no one would accept our booking; it was extremely difficult to get a ride. My mom booked this room for me for 5 days and 4 nights. Surprisingly, the hotel didn't clean the room, change towels, or tidy up at all during our entire stay. As far as I know, my mom's room was the same. Because of all these factors, I don't think I'll ever choose this hotel again or recommend it to friends.

The hotel location is great, and it has an underground parking garage. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. The room facilities are also excellent. There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. This hotel offers great value for money. It's about a 10-minute drive to the Arc de Triomphe.
