Hotel is fabulous and feels luxury with a fully-equipped kitchen, gym and restaurant. It’s also close to a metro station and also have to note that the hotel wifi is the fastest i’ve ever used!  However, I don’t particularly recommend it to female solo travellers as the surrounding streets don’t have lights and it’s scary. I got followed on my last night, so unless you return to the hotel in daylight, it’s just unsafe. I would recommend staying a bit more city centre. Nonetheless, the hotel itself is great and the staff respond well!

Everything was great. The kitchenware was well equipped and very useful, and the location was excellent. You can reach the city centre in around 30 minutes, and the station is only about a 4-minute walk from the hotel. The only issue was a slight unpleasant smell in the hallways on the different floors. It wasn’t overwhelming, but it was noticeable. I think it may be caused by the cleaning detergent they use. I would highly recommend changing the detergent and giving the hallways and corridors a thorough deep clean. It wouldn’t cost much, but I believe it would completely resolve the issue, which has also been mentioned by other guests. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. The customer service was extremely disappointing. Due to a force majeure situation, my train from the Netherlands to Paris was cancelled because of the extreme heatwave, making it impossible for me to reach the hotel as planned. Despite providing the explanation, the hotel refused to offer any flexibility—not even allowing an early check-out or a partial refund. I had booked a 3-night stay but ended up paying for nights I could not use. There was no empathy or willingness to help during an unexpected travel disruption. I understand that hotels have policies, but good customer service also means showing reasonable flexibility in exceptional circumstances. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a stone's throw from Courbevoie train station, which is only one stop away from La Défense. This made getting to and from Paris Nord a breeze. We're especially grateful to the warm and thoughtful night front desk lady. My friend and I both forgot to bring suitable European travel adapters, so we asked the front desk for help at midnight. She patiently searched for various adapters, even taking nearly an hour to find one we could use. She then personally delivered it to our room. We truly appreciate her help! The hotel's service and cleanliness were excellent. The surrounding area also felt very safe.
