We spent a wonderful, relaxing few days in La Central, with our two dogs. There are plenty of fantastic walks around the hotel, which we, and especially, the dogs loved. We really enjoyed our breakfasts and the two dinners we had in the hotel. Mireia is wonderful and was always available to help us, answer our questions etc as were the other staff members. Macanet de Cabrenys is well worth visiting, as is the historic town of La Vajol...though it is a fairly scary drive up.

Un lugar apartado del bullicio donde relajarse y desconectar. El camino hasta allí es tranquilo y muy bonito, especialmente ahora que el embalse de Darnius-Boadella está lleno. Las habitaciones han sido renovadas y resultan muy agradables. El trato del personal es excelente. Además, se puede cenar en el restaurante Las Hadas del Bosque. No es un sitio económico, pero tampoco tiene precios excesivos.

Was een mooie locatie. Wel 5 km van de bewoonde wereld vandaan. Ontbijt was zeer eenvoudig. Kamer was heel klein en de badkamer ook. Kon je spullen niet kwijt. Lunch was er niet. Diner niets vegetarisch aanwezig. Personeel sprak niet of nauwelijks Engels. De kamers waren erg gehorig en de airconditioning deed het niet
