A nice hotel overall. It would be even better if free parking was available.

Love the Crabtree body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Spacious room with two double bed and one sofa bed. No extra blankets, need to bring along

Excellent customer service for me a disabled solo traveller. All the staff where outstanding but my best big goes to lovely Marianne in the Faraday restaurant so attentive and professional and pro people 💯

It was really an amazing experience at the DoubleTree Hotel. The location was not hard to locate. The environment was so clean and tidy. The receptionist welcomed us with a warm smile. The room was well furnished with daily needs. We love our stay there and will surely recommend it to our friends and family.

We had a fantastic stay overnight. fabulous staff willing to help very caring and understanding very helpful all the time we was there. breakfast was amazing. I’m very wonderfully presented those everything you wanted and all nicely displayed and absolutely wonderfully clean and the staff was great so Wood come back thank you. Thank you for everything bye-bye.

Could not be happier this time as the room and the service we got were not good. They gave us a pitch view room with the windows completely covered with something due to an event. So there was no sunlight at all in the room. Was there for 3 nights and felt like we lived in a tunnel and it was so depressive. The air conditioning was not working and couldn't sleep on the first day and when we complained about this to the reception they sent us a fan after asking for two times. I had to keep that fan just a few inches away from my nose to get a little bit of cooling while my man was sleeping in an uncomfortable temperature.  We had to follow them several times for housekeeping.  I will think twice before booking this hotel next time.

Good location for the area. Retail park in walking distance. Hotel has been renovated.

Great night, clean comfortable room, would have given 5 stars but was missing showr gel in bathroom.

The price of a buffet breakfast in Faradays restaurant is way so good, £20 for 2 persons.
