Terrible welcome by an aggressive person at the front desk, arguing that arriving before 3:00 PM was too early for check-in. Once finally in the room late in the afternoon, we found it too hot. The air conditioner read over 28°C and had a lock symbol, indicating it was locked. Back at the front desk to ask if we could have a cooler temperature for the night, the new receptionist was just as unpleasant as the first, stating that the temperature is the same for everyone and she didn’t understand the problem. A hot night is ahead, with a noisy and ineffective air conditioning unit that we can’t even turn off. Fortunately, this will be our only night; we’re leaving first thing tomorrow. Cheap old furniture in the room, clean but common. Never been in an hotel with such rude staff.

Basic, beds were old but comfortable. Air con wasn't on. Appearantly, they put it on when they think it's necessary. Bathroom was reasonably clean, some mold though. And the smell was horrible. The bathroom sink didn't have swan neck in the drain, hence the open sewer smell Food was very basic. Restaurant had an enormous choice of dishes. But everything we had was super basic. Quite cheap though. Apparently too cheap because the check had bread added three times we didn't order. The bread served was old. Left over from the breakfast buffet. Check your bill. Breakfast was basic but ok. Coffee was not so good. Better is to be had three steps back at the bar.

wonderful tranquility Very quiet family hotel, especially popular with tour operators with bus trips. Our triple room was spacious and comfortable with a good bathroom. The breakfast was unfortunately the worst of our holiday. Beautiful surroundings including the water mills at the mouth of the river Gacka and the Sjeverni Velebit National Park. But this area is not yet really opened up for tourism. That also has advantages, such as the wonderful tranquility.

NO GOOD FOOD and very quick service, I kindly ask to clean the shawer and the water tap from the limescale but nobody worried about and after two days the situazione didn't change... nevertheless I have to admit that the room was very clean.

Gedateerde kamers met heel eenvoudig beddengoed. Douchen in bad met heel hoge rand/ instap. Eten echt onder de maat, er werd ook afgeruimd terwijl anderen nog zaten te eten. Drankje bestellen en meteen bonnetje en afrekenen. Kan dus allemaal beter.eerst was personeel wat stug daarna vriendelijker. Maar locatie prima naar de meren.
