We had a setback, where one of us ended up feeling ill, the staff was super helpful and attentive, they helped us until the emergency arrived, the hotel management came to ask us if we needed anything, without a doubt one of the best places I have ever stayed, even in the face of an unexpected situation, we had incredible days.

Great location, excellent for going with family and friends, quiet. Very cozy room. I recommend it

The room furniture was simple, old and showed signs of wear, the interior design was confusing, the cleanliness was questionable, and the service, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were excellent. The pool was very warm.

We were well received by the receptionist Maria, Francisco Farinha provided excellent service at the bar, very attentive and personalized service, always giving us the best advice! He even offered to give us a tour of the hotel! We had an unfortunate situation with the night auditor, but Angela handled the matter delicately and carried out our check out very expertly.

Friendly and helpful service, the facilities are reasonable, we had problems with the heating in the adjoining room where the extra bed was, which was not resolved immediately, only the next day. The food is excellent, well prepared and with great variety.

+A wonderful view +Room with a good area +Exceptional breakfast -There was a paper on the floor from the moment we arrived until we left, which made me question the cleanliness -We asked them to make the beds as if they were one, and they told us that it wasn't possible. It happened before that I was unable to book a room with a double bed, and they were always available to make this adaptation, using double bed linen for two, allowing the couple to sleep together. It was, for us, a very negative point.

Friendliness and availability. Some degradation in equipment (elevators for example). Poor signage for example to find the pool, where it is an adventure to find.

I just have to thank the entire hotel team, I stayed there on my birthday, March 18th... and at night the hotel offered me 2 slices of cake that were delicious so I could celebrate... I would like to thank the entire hotel team.

Hotel with great breakfast, cozy, billiards room, place to store bicycles and relatively in the middle of the points of interest in Serra da Estrela. The hotel is in need of refurbishment of the rooms, it is the only thing that leaves a little to be desired...

Muita fama e pouco proveito

Simpáticos, quartos limpos, funcionários acessíveis e prestáveis, apanhamos um grande nevão mas correu tudo bem

Esperava mais do hotel, mas pelo preço…. O banheiro do quarto estava um pouco sujo, tinha alguns cabelos na banheira, e quando fomos no restaurante a mulher nos atendeu como se fosse boteco de esquina, saímos na hora do restaurante! É um hotel “4 estrela” mas esta mais pra 2 na vdd, cafe da manha estava ótimo!
