I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, very close to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants, which made it easy to move around. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a good job every day, and the environment was quiet and comfortable for rest. The breakfast buffet was good with a nice variety of food options. The quality and taste were satisfying. One of the best parts of my stay was the staff service. All the staff members were polite, friendly, and very helpful whenever I needed assistance. The rooftop swimming pool was also a great place to relax and enjoy some leisure time. Overall, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cox’s Bazar and would love to stay here again in the future.

Location us very good. Room was great but comepared to five status, the services were very few. The pool was very small and other facilities were few.

It’s right in front of the dolphin more(junction) which is the main point of busses from dhaka stops in cox’s bazar. Even though u have to walk 100m to access beach the great amenities and room would make up for it. A rooftop pool with a 360 degrees view of the sea and town. One of the best things about my stay is having a full English buffet breakfast. Can recommend for anyone.

Service is not bad not good but staff was good room was clean but reception service quality was too poor I already paid before 4 months ago by credit card but when I checked out that time was too longer But over all not bad

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay, which was meant to be a special honeymoon trip. Before making the reservation, I carefully reviewed the room features and specifically chose a room that included a bathtub. However, upon check-in, I was provided with a standard room that did not have this feature. When I brought this issue to the attention of the reception staff and presented my reservation voucher, I was met with indifference and asked to wait for an extended period. The receptionist on duty showed no willingness to assist and stated that no solution could be offered. It was only after I expressed my strong disappointment and mentioned that I intended to escalate the matter to higher authorities that a suitable room with a bathtub was suddenly made available. This experience was not only frustrating but also deeply disappointing, especially considering the significance of the occasion. As a Bangladeshi national working for years in a multinational hospitality chain, I believe such service standards are unacceptable. The attitude and response of the reception staff reflected a lack of proper training in guest relations and hospitality. The overall welcome and handling of the situation were far below the professional standards expected from an establishment of your reputation.

We enjoyed our stay over here . I wouldn’t say it was 5 star experience. But because i got it for discount so  i don’t mind it . The breakfast was fire though .

This hotel is the luxury one in Cox's bazar, the staffs are great, the room is clean and very comfortable. The hotel locates in the good location. You can also call for picking up van for free. The breakfast are delicious.

A very overwhelming and professional service. Amazing staff and very friendly atmosphere. Comprising a roof top swimming pool, spa and gym. The location is very close to the beach. Very clean. Excellent. Loved it with my family.
