I have reviewed it before. But due to following two instance have to do it again!. Before that i have to mentioned that it is recommended to book well advance to get your desired room here and I did that almost a month before. Instance 1: At the time of arrival (23 July 2023) , reservation team asked me to wait and it surprised me. After a while I chased them and then the manager came to me and explained that, "Sir, there was a problem with the reservation date, It was 23 August which I have sorted out and corrected to 23 July 2023)." The mistake was from my side but the manager or any one from Sayeman reservation team pointed out towards me!!! They never used word mistake. Instance 2: My toddler got cold and middle of a night he vomit. I have called room service and that man cleaned everything so fast and ensured there is no bad smell left. In the next morning he came again and asked if he is okay and need any further help! This is something extra ordinary behavior you will hardly find in Bangladesh. They are the most well behaved hotel staff of this Country and one of the best of South East Asia!
