Very nice experience from a very welcoming easy check in and sincere and hospitable check out! We’d definitely return! Enjoyed the personal touch of Mike and Armin and their cheerful way of assisting us from borrowing us beach towels and calling us a taxi and arranging a rental car. Do not hesitate to arrange a rental vehicle from them. Everything was legit and above board, cash deposit was promptly returned after pickup. Rental car brought and dropped right off at Kippal. We liked the beds and bedding and having washer/dryer was a plus. Nice towels and a great location in town to walk to mega or restaurants very easily. Rooftop pool was a lovely option and Andy at the bar was terrific! Mingos restaurant right next door was exceptional for steaks and onion rings and service! Chez Ame was our favorite spot for breakfast right nearby. Highly recommend Kippal, we were treated like family there and would love to return!

This was our first stay on Cozumel, and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay! Large room filled with natural light, huge balcony, washer/dryer, free bicycles, and a great rooftop pool. The building is in downtown San Miguel, allowing us to walk to shops & restaurants. Very quiet at night for good sleep. We had no trouble finding street parking for our rental car. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. Thank you Mike, Armin, and Andy!

The best location for Ironman Event. Close to Expo, T2 and Finish line. All needed facilities are next to Kippal (Supermarkets, 25m Swimming pool, Stadium). Stayed for second year and will be back for sure. Rooms are very big and convenient to share with other person. Service and cleaning were perfect. Special thanks to Julia for keeping assistance 24/7!

This is a great apartment hotel in a great location. I came here with my sisters and we couldn't leave. The rooms are very comfortable including 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a huge balcony with everything we could ask for. The staff is always welcoming and helped us with everything we asked for. We also really enjoyed the common area on the rooftop including the infinity pool and the surrounding seating areas. I highly recommend coming here, I'm sure I'll be back.

I recently stayed at Kippal from May 3 to May 17, 2024. As a professional Travel Advisor, I regularly conduct on-site inspections of various accommodations, and I chose Kippal based on its positive reviews, convenient location, modern amenities, and the need for a kitchen and workspace for my remote work. However, my experience at Kippal fell short in several key areas that are important for vacation accommodations but I have narrowed it down to the top 3: 1) No WiFi: The lack of WiFi was highly inconvenient and problematic for my remote work needs. 2) Cleanliness and Condition: The property was dirty and in desperate need of renovations, which was surprising for an almost new building. There were repairs needed due to excessive wear and tear, and the walls desperately needed repainting. The pictures and descriptions of the property were misleading. 3) Customer Service: There was a significant lack of customer service. None of my concerns or queries were resolved during my stay. I hope this feedback helps future guests and encourages improvements at Kippal. Best regards, Lisa

My husband and I had an excelleret stay for two nights! Beautiful big rooms, very clean and silent. The building had an amazing rooftop pool and area, great to watch the sunset. Great service provided by Julia, always available on whatsapp.

This was our 4th stay at Kippal. As per other stays, we really enjoyed the property. The staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable. Communication before and during the stay was easy. The property was clean. The washer dryer combo in the units means not having to pack as much or take a wet swimsuit home. Location is a strength of this property, with most cab rides being about 100-150 pesos. It is easy walking distance to several restaurants as well as a supermarket. Unlike past visits, there is now a charge for bottled water and coffee pods (aside from the one day supply when you check in), but the nearby supermarket makes this not too big a deal. Looking forward to a return trip in a few months.

The location is beautiful , modern comfortable and clean, near the centre of the Island. Everything works and there is a terrace with infinity pool for the guests. Bikes are avaible free for guests, as well as a gym. Staff is very kind. A lovely place to stay at Cozumel.
