Hampton Inn Cranbury

Hotel is maintained well , rooms are neat and clean. I would say best place to stay and value for money

We stayed for 1 night in the king room with a sofa. Before I begin, I will just comment that the cleaning staff knocked on my door for us to leave 40 minutes before check-out and I was startled as I was fresh out of the shower and wasn't sure if they were going to key in after saying "housekeeping." I told them through the door that it was not yet check-out and they didn't say anything and left. The staff's support on the phone during booking was very helpful. Check-in was ok but third party sites do not permit use of electronic check-in only so just go to the front desk. The room was spotless! We did find hair under the sheet of pull-out bed. I called ahead to ask if they have zippered mattress protectors and was told they did but found they did not. This is a big factor for me as it helps protects against bed bugs and had I known they didn't have one on the main bed, I would have stayed at another hotel. I have pretty bad spine issues and the Serta mattresses were nice. I would definitely opt for the sofa again as it was convenient. I know a lot of people comment negatively on the breakfast but I'm not sure why. I eat grain-free and do not eat meat and my spouse is vegan and we both found enough to eat! My spouse brought soy milk to the hotel so we were prepared. The food was fresh, hot, and a decent variety! The breakfast station was very clean and fully stocked! I noticed that they ***** and wash the duvet as well which hotels do not ususlly do- impressive!

The room was very well appointed and very clean! The staff was friendly and helpful. One Note: The price is kind of steep compared to other nearby proprieties. Maybe that why it was so nice.

We checked in late and were disappointed that the king room we booked was gone and we got 2 queens instead. Then, at 1:45 AM, the front desk called our room because there was a problem with our credit card. As it turned out, he had written the number down wrong, which my husband found out when he had to go downstairs at 1:45 in the morning. The room was nice and clean. The bed was fine. The front desk left something to be desired.

Good afternoon My Name Is I am extremely disappointed in my stay at the Hampton Inn Cranbury there were multiple insects in my room and there wasn’t a manager on-site I was given a card and day when to contact the manager. This was really unpleasant.

The Hotel was very nice. Very clean, quiet and check in was a breeze. My main issue were the amenities. In the room they provide a mini-fridge. It was not a very efficient fridge. It was very small, had no freezer area and was not very cold at all. A fridge is something I always need and I think they could have provided a better make/model with a freezer section. The breakfast was fine, but they did not have "regular" coffee creamer. They had flavored creamers, whole milk and almond milk. The two milks are not creamer. Not everyone wants flavor in their coffee. Not sure how something so small could be overlooked. The Ice maker on my floor, fourth floor, was not functional. They should have had a sign on it to say it was out of order. Barring those three items the hotel itself is very nice, quiet and clean, which was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area. Thank you.

The carpet in our ground floor room was wet.We did not discover this until we took off our shoes to go to bed.Our socks were soaked. This may have been caused by the large amount of rain that this area experienced recently.

Was greeted in a professional and respectful manner while being checked-in relatively quickly.
