Highly recommend this hotel - it's friendly & casual & extremely well located. Go for superior double as the standard we had this trip was small. On stays in the past we have always had much bigger rooms. If you are looking for slick & modern you won't find that here. Helvetica has more of a traditional vibe & nicer & quieter for it.

I’ve been coming here for the last few years with my family because it is not only the most practical solution (ie there are apartments, not only rooms, in this hotel) but also because it is generally wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful, there’s a pool and a play room, the food in the restaurant is delicious, the view is breathtaking… and you can set up a baby monitor and go to the bar for a drink after the kids have gone to sleep. 10/10.

Thankyou for the hospitality, very freindly staff, stunning location with the best views ever! Nice very clean room with an amazing balcony view over the mountains, the food in the evening was excellent, great choice of wines and again very freindly and attentitive staff. The breakfast was OK. We will be back.

Outdated hotel, very expensive, poor deck service. Pool looks like from 1985, they couldn’t even bring me microwave to heat my food, they charge me 25 swiss franks deposit for usa charger connector. I paid 450 for room ok ? Nothing was nice about hotel sorry. Cant even compare with average hotel in america

The location is great, just a few minutes from both the funicular (when arriving) and from the lift (when heading for the ski slopes). The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Overall we had an amazing stay, there's nothing to complain about.

A good hotel to stay in the Crans Montana area. Very well placed to play the Crans Sur Sierra golf course, or skiing in the winter. It’s a small hotel, and frankly the rooms are a little dated, but everything works, they’re a good size and spotlessly clean. We didn’t have a good experience in the restaurant on the first night, but other travellers ratings are good so I guess we were unlucky. The staff are excellent. The reception team and Ruiz in the bar especially are a credit to the hotel, and couldn’t have been more helpful.

It was our first time to Crans-Montana. Upon our arrival, the staff was pleasant and accommodating. The two women at the desk spoke English (as well as French) which made checking easy. They provided recommendations on where to eat and what to see. Although I had arranged my golf at the Ballesteros course, they offered to contact the club. Breakfast had a full range of food including omelettes made to order. The room was clean and the view tremendous. I could sit on our private balcony in the evening to watch the sunset reflecting off the mountains.
