Premier Inn Stafford North (Spitfire)

We were a group of friends in the area for a charity fundraising ball - it is the 2nd time I have been here. The staff in the premier in. Are lovely - friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble and the girl who opened the restaurant an hour early was superb. She was only just coming on shift, let us in out of the rain and went to get the till to serve us. This is above and beyond in my book but she then went one better when our taxi failed to arrive. She called the company for us and they said ‘sorry it wasn’t booked’ even though it had been checked earlier that day and 1 out of 2 taxis did show up. She then offered her own car or one of her team to get us there. I defy a 5* hotel to do this much. Huge thanks for making a wonderful even truly remarkable thank you

We had such a lovely experience here, breakfast was absolutely fantastic. There was a great range of options, everything was fresh and delicious, and it really set us up for the day. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and we never felt rushed. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Jayne, who was absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Robin/Robbie the chef was super accommodating. It made the whole experience feel personal and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again soon!

Clean and tidy close to Alton Towers and a grea breakfast cooked by Robin with excellent front of house service from Jayne. Jayne was really accommodating of our children and even helped them choose their breakfast. Service with a smile, it’s missing a lot in this world nowadays so thanks for being happy!

As a group of 5, we had breakfast this morning. Jayne was our waitress, Kim the chef! They were very accommodating to my gluten free needs. Jayne couldn’t have done more to help this morning. We had poached eggs and vegan sausages cooked for us. Thank you.

The team working in the evening in the 16th of March and I feel their level of service went above and beyond what I would have expected. Thank you for being so kind. I had booked the room for my dad, but he was hospitalised in the area after a significant accident. The team were brilliant during a call and check in and made my life so much easier when travelling to get to where my dad was.
