Nice stay. Reception and breakfast staff friendly and efficient. Evening restaurant staff a little slow. Mattress was a little lumpy but ok if position self right in the middle. Good value. Good breakfast

I have stayed here numerous times and with no issues
But this time they had a noisy group in till we’ll gone midnight music playing 0100 and then to top it off the housekeeping/night man decided to move furniture scrapping across wooden floor

Fabulous hotel and definitely valued the complimentary upgrade to the garden room which is simply fantastic. I only put neutral on eco credentials as not aware of anything within the hotel as a focus

Lovely hotel, very clean - our room was spotless. We’ve had a meal here before, but this was our first overnight stay. Would definitely recommend.

I have stayed at the Croft a number of times with work and have always been surprised when I'm told its a 3 star hotel.
The look and feel of the hotel from when you arrive to when you go to your room feels more like a 4 star.
The rooms are always comfortable and clean with great bathrooms.
I have always found staff to be helpful and friendly from check-in, to the bar and restaurant staff. Nothing has ever been too much trouble.
The food is also amazing and that in itself and always gets 5 stars from me.
This hotel is a real gem and I always look forward to staying. Whether you are a solo traveller, couple, family or pet owner - the Croft has something to offer.
I would recommend the hotel to anyone.
