Very tight parking unless you return to the hotel quite early. We did not get room service at all. Threshold cover at bathroom floor was split and easily tripped on, light at desk broken. desk was inconveniently black, making black things (which is almost everything - phones, etc) you lay on desk hard to see from just a few feet away. Not sure I will every stay here again.We did not receiver room service during our 4 night stay.Was told having difficulty getting housecleaning employees.

Check in was a mess, had to pay $25 extra for incidentals that we werent aware of. Put it on a different credit card and it cancelled my payment for the room. She added it back to the other card immediately and then when checking out i was charged a 2nd time for the same room. Called the hotel and was told she only shows 1 charge and was emailing me a receipt which i still havent received over an hour later. She also said the $25 incidental charge wad released as well and its not showing on my credit card either. The curtain in the room were falling off the rods and we werent able to close them all the was we infomed the front desk were told yes we know they keep falling down. Teenage girls were running up and down the halls until about 1 am yelling ans screaming.

We stopped at your hotel on the first night of a long drive from Canada to Tampa Fl. for a cruise.
We were welcomed at arrival and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. As always, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff member in the breakfast area was pleasant and helpful.

Holes in the bed sheets, dirty floors, face prints on the window, peeling paint, mold in the shower. Oh, and they tried to charge me $75 for a pet fee that is only listed as $35 on *******. Thanks to ******* for resolving the situation, but unhappy with Holiday Inn.

Good location for safety. Breakfast was your usual hotel continental. Beds were VERY comfy and felt clean.

The bed and pillows were good. I liked the chaise lounge and large desk. Staff was good, especially the friendly person who worked in the breakfast area. My biggest complaint is that there were A LOT of dogs. Barking at midnight woke me up one night.

Super clean and comfy beds! Awesome breakfast! Expected maybe some bagels and coffee and cereal but there was a great spread of hot foods and so many options! Our toilet did break during our stay and would not flush but we just used the one off of the hallway on the first floor and notified staff at checkout. Overall a great stay!
