The hotel is clean, staff is friendly, The hotel is well placed location wise and the staff always try their best to look after you Especially #Tay # is very good, he behaves very well and he is very friendly and his personality is great.

The hotel was generally clean. Nice bathroom and towels. Room only gets topped up when you ask for it. The staff were absolutely amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. Emma was a great host. Michaela was on top of it all. Andrea was super helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Great price. Good breakfasts here also. Thank you staff for taking care of us.

Hotel was ok not my first stay but what made it great was the assistant manager sophie she made my time great she took care of me. Very friendly and professional and assisted me with everything I needed to make my stay however short a good one she did well

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly - especially Silvia ! The hotel is well placed location wise and the staff always try their best to look after you I’ve stayed many times over the past year or two and it’s convenient to travel into London and also the South coast

By far, this is the worst Travelodge I have ever stayed in! The list of issues with regards to maintenance was as long as my arm. There was NO glass for drinks anywhere in the Hotel? I was told this was due to some obscure new law, which obviously only applied to Croydon, as I had stayed in the Chessington Tolworth Hotel the week before and there was no issue there! The sink was cracked and chipped, the wall heater had been kicked-in, there was no TV remote when I arrived. When I asked about a replacement, I was reluctantly handed an ancient replacement, which barely worked.

The hotel is so close to the train station all the staff are so friendly they always make your stay worthwhile they are so helpful the bed room s are so clean I will definitely book there again the food is amazing I give the hotel 50 out of 50 all the staff make sure that you’re stay is worthwhile thank you so Mutch to Micaela Kieron dayle for everything I would definitely recommend everyone to stay there the hotel is excellent croydon Central has lods of shops they even have Sainsbury’s at the corner

We are extremely grateful to Tay, Assistant Manager, who very kindly allowed us to store our suitcases at the hotel for nearly two whole days and one night after we had checked out. We really enjoyed our stay, the spacious room and central location for us to visit friends and family using the great transport network. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you.
