Super nice stay, very attentive staff. 1 minute from the metro and train, with a supermarket next door, buffet breakfast (all very rich) and incredible room with a 10 mattress. We will definitely repeat 👍

Could not get past homeless dudessmoking something to get to restaurant so gave up. Menu showed a variety of curries burgers and pizzas. Such a shame no staff to ensure safe passage. The curries weee Thai based. Wishful thinking to think lunch in croydon would be interesting.

The room is cosy and the bed is very very comfortable ,like sleeping on air. Also the team member Teresa has been very professical and welcoming as she has very busy,but still had time for the guests. Teresa has a amazing smile,she need a pay rise.

A very good hotel for families and anyone visiting London, very good breakfasts and dinners, nice service. Hotel 20 minutes by train to central London. 5 minutes walk to the train station, very nice and safe neighborhood, many restaurants open until midnight.

This was a really good option for myself and my wife on a weekend stay in London. East Croydon train station is easy walking distance (3-4 mins) which has major links into London, trams and buses going all over the place, north and south to the coast. The room was clean, that’s the only standard we measure by. The breakfast, overseen by Marcia and Amanitta was excellent, they were really attentive and bustling about looking after everyone. The range of breakfast foods available catered for all guests. I would say if you are going for breakfast go earlier if you can or be aware it could be busy during key times.

This hotel is currently being refurbished and we were given a room on the fourth floor. The new room design is a massive improvement over the previous design. Rooms now have a table with two chairs as opposed to just a desk and chair, a walk in shower and new comfy beds. We are regular visitors to this hotel so it is great to see it having money spent on it. All the staff are brilliant & nothing is ever too much trouble.

Perfect location (train station 5 minutes away, shops and restaurants nearby). A hotel that I will be delighted to return to. Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux.
