Comfortable, renovated room in good condition- the breakfast is good value

Haven’t stayed here for over a year plus as had become tatty & so many undesirables outside but read it had a facelift. You cannot book in pre 3pm if you’re a little early. Staff very friendly at reception. Nice room & comfortable but horrible view out over a very littered small car park, room had received a refresh only downside sink tap in bathroom water ran slow but shower fine. Coop store right next door. I had an advanced booking which was only £42 so can’t complain. I will add if you are out & about late at night in the area & especially walking from station keep your wits about you as Croydon is no longer the place it was where I previously I lived for decades, it had it’s problems then but nowadays as I say just beware.

5 of us stayed 3 nights in Premier Inn London Croydon Town Centre. They gave us interconnected rooms, with no problems. Clean, comfy beds. Great and tasty breakfast. Special words go to Teresa and Marcia for their great service during our stay! We will be definitely back, as this is great connection between Gatwick and Central London. The staff were friendly, rooms clean and quiet. However I've never been down to breakfast at a hotel and found no milk of any description (except for some oat milk). This happened for two of the three mornings I was there (and 7am wasn't even that early). It was eventually rectified but not soon enough - it was not a good start to the day. There should be contingencies in place, especially when it's a known issue. Get a new supplier for goodness sake! Breakfast hot food could have been warmer too.
