Great service by the whole team. Special mentions to Teresa and Marcia who were really good with the children at breakfast, and ensured plenty of food available. Hotel within easy reach of transport to central London and Surrey. Despite being close to main road through Croydon it was very quiet.

Stayed in hotel for my brothers 80th birthday on 8/4/2024 hotel very central for train station and buses .got a great deal 2 course meal drink and breakfast about 26€ mark looked after us service was excellent couldn’t do enough for us . Went for breakfast this morning self service hot and cold food even cater for vegetarians teresa and Marcia looked after us for breakfast excellent service not only served us but laughed with us a lovely bit of banter just one downside bar closes at 2245 am bit early but you can get a few drinks and stay there and drink them.beds very comfortable room was very hot told staff and they fixed it .as windows don’t open.co op next door for all your drinks and food .

I was taking part in the London Landmarks Half Marathon and this hotel was an ideal base for two nights. Quickly in and out of London and good value rates. Everything you need close at hand. A Co op store next door which had some very tempting looking pastries freshly baked. I resisted but reluctantly 😀. Greggs around the corner but not open on Sundays. I made sure of a Saturday night treat.

Great hotel and, even better, was the breakfast service from TERESA and AMANITTA! FRIENDLY, CHEERFUL, AND HELPFUL! Food was plentiful with lots of options including drinks! Front desk knowledgeable! Room was clean with a comfortable bed!

Had a great stay at Premier Inn Croydon while visiting family. All the staff were very welcoming, and my partner and I had a nice meal in the Thyme restaurant with very friendly service from Rashmi. Rashmi made us feel very welcome, she was very helpful and her service was excellent.

Perfect location just a short stroll from everything, right next to East Croydon Station. Although I have stayed before, I had a better experience this time. The meal was excellent, and I appreciated how friendly and accommodating the staff members Sprshia, Rasmi, and Mark were. Although packed, the morning went smoothly. I would gladly return to the location.

It was a very good time spending here. Rashmi was very polite and helpful. So I didn’t feel any difficulties. It was excellent customer service I had ever got. Food was delicious and it didn’t take too long so enjoyed well. It was nice and calm. I prefer to go again. Thank you Rashmi for being very nice to me. Hope to see you soon

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Rashmi in a evening meal. Me and my partner feel good about her CRS service. She guided us to explore places and good have her in hotel as a receptionist and evening restaurant staff. I would like to visit again.
