"Fabulous" is the word I'd use to describe both La Cordonnerie and its owners. From what was once a shoe repair shop, Armelle and Michel Debrus have created a comfortable 3-room hotel -- with a great garden, superb breakfast and terrific location on a side street in the tiny town of Villandraut. Lots of excursions into the countryside (and to sights such as the Chateau de Roquetaillade, nearby) are possible from here. And the warm welcome, helpful suggestions, and friendly conversation made our visit an especially wonderful experience. (Reasonable prices too.) Thank you Armelle and Michel!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes très attentionnés. Un endroit qui a beaucoup de charme, notre chambre décorée avec goût était très propre. Très bon petit-déjeuner avec des produits locaux Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit. Allez-y vous ne le regretterez pas !

Charmant accueil, hôtes disponibles, serviables et très belle chambre (lit King size =＞ 180 cm !). Boissons chaudes gratuites à disposition. Petit déjeuner excellent, produits locaux de qualité : miel, confitures originales, viennoiserie, yaourts, jus de fruits .... Très joli cadre, avec cour intérieur très bien entretenue, jacuzzi très propre et très agréable. Un grand merci pour votre gentillesse.

C'est un lieu très agréable qui permet de se ressourcer dans le calme. Le joli jardin est reposant, les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût, la literie est de qualité, le petit déjeuner à lui seul vaut le détour (produits locaux, salade de fruits frais, confitures maison....), boissons chaudes à volonté dans la journée. Les conseils d'Armelle permettent de découvrir des châteaux, des paysages, des restaurants... à côté desquels il serait dommage de passer.

El sitio es una preciosidad con todos los detalles muy cuidado, rehabilitado con mucho trabajo y mimo. Los dueños fueron tremendamente amables con nosotros especialmente porque viajábamos con una persona con movilidad un poco reducida. El desayuno es muy rico y todos los productos locales. Yo repetiría cada año 👌🏽
