Estacionamento do próprio hotel pago, as comodidades ofertadas segundo as fotos não condizem com a realidade, solicitei a troca de um cobertor grosso por razão de limpeza que já estava no quarto e me comunicaram que não havia essa possibilidade.

Minha reserva foi para uma suíte cama king, quarto maior. Chegando no hotel o atendente me encaminhou, após cheq in, para um quarto pequeno, cama de casal simples. Reclamei ele pediu para ver meu voucher e conferiu que eu tinha razão. Disse que a suíte que eu tinha reservado encontrava-se ocupada, e que no dia seguinte passaria a situação a sua chefia. No dia seguinte o que eu ouvi foi o seguinte: infelizmente sua reserva era mesmo para quarto simples.
Retornei ao DELCAS após 10 anos! Os preços aumentaram e a qualidade do atendimento piorou. Piorou também o café da manhã. Piorou o valor dado ao cliente. Piorou a logística ( estacionamento agora está sendo cobrado). Enfim, não é um hotel que valha mais a pena. Só voltei pq a história da minha vida se cruzou com a deste hotel (foi aqui que me hospedava com o amor da minha vida), mas pelas circunstâncias relatadas não volto mais, e nem recomendo a ninguém voltar.

Hotel bem localizado;
Atendimento no balcão ruim, atendentes com má vontade e irritadas. Não aceitam reclamações, oferecendo a restituição dos valores pagos.
Quarto pequeno, cama pequena, colchão péssimo.
Roupas de banho e cama velgos e encardidos!
O estacionamento é cobrado fora da diária e não é coberto.
Não possui academia.
A limpeza do banheiro é precária, o chuveiro não esquenta.
Restaurante serve jantar a la carte, péssima comida, sem qualidade, atendimento dos garçons deixa a desejar...
Enfim não recomendo, na minha estadia não consegui citar e vivenciar absolutamente nada de positivo e agradável, diferentemente da hospedagem em Dezembro/23, quando me hospedei e me alojaram em um quarto super confortável, amplo e agradável! Foi uma decepção que espero não passar novamente!
Não escolham esse hotel!
