O atendimento muito bom, mas as instalações não condizem com um hotel 3 estrelas, ar condicionado antigo, não tem frigobar, cortinas plásticas no banheiro, pia antiga, vaso sanitário ruim, não tem secador de cabelo, nem utensílios para banho, só sabonete, nem toalha de rosto foi fornecido.

Basic but comfortable room. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of lovely fresh fruit, which you'll need if you go to the Aeroporto Grill just down the road for a final meat fest and delicious caipirinhas. And that's a top tip!

A localização do hotel é boa, porém, muito próxima da região onde ficam os andarilhos e sem tetos. Sendo bem no centro, o acesso a tudo fica privilegiado! Um ponto que não gostei foi o fato de ter que pegar dois elevadores para chegar no meu andar, ou então subir uma escadaria e pegar um elevador só. Outro ponto que não gostei foi o fato de não ter estacionamento próximo. O carro eh levado a um outro local por um motorista do hotel, e aí toda vez que ia sair, tinha que pedir pra buscar o veiculo. O chuveiro poderia ser melhor, e o café da manhã é básico e simples, mas atendeu.
