Check in was not so good. Night Clerk charged my credit card twice. She said the extra charge would come off in 2-3 days. I must check that. She was friendly tho.
Housekeeping didn’t show up for a problem we had and we had to ask again and a maintenance guy took care of it. Room was quiet, breakfast was good, shower pressure was awesome!!! I will stay there again.

This was morning like the description on *******! It is old and must smelling. Shower didn't work. Stained towels and sheets. There is no active restaurant much less limited room service. That's a laugh!! If you're looking for cheap, this is it. Anything other than that, go elsewhere! We were there to visit Ave Maria Grotto which was great!!

Hard padd
If you need running water, a lock on a door and a place to rest your head, right-off-the-interstate, then I recommend this place.
Check-in was 2pm. I arrived at 6:30 and my rooms were not ready. We had to request enough towels and washcloths. Then another day, they took our dirty towels, but didn’t leave clean ones. They did not empty our trash. Room is dingy, old, cigarette burns on bedspread, nail polish stains on bedside table, random sewing needle in curtain, FLIES everywhere. The rate jumped from $88/night to $413/night which was stated when I booked it. All this to say, don’t trust the edited photos. -13/10.

Upon check in there's no internet, and no cable. Had to wait a while for the desk clerk to verify I had pre paid for my room as she had no internet to verify even tho I showed her email confirming I had paid through *******. She called someone and we waited for a call back so check took 45 mins. Get to the room and didn't have tv all night.

You get more than you pay for with this property as far as cleanliness goes. Very "no frills", hasn't been updated in quite a while, and not exactly the "safest area" but there has never been a problem on the property any of the times I have stayed. Friendly staff

Price was good and the reason for picking it. I was a bit embarrassed by the upkeep i.e. paint/dirt (for selecting it for my gchildren).

Had a great time , it was a little loud a couple nights outside the doors till 2 am by the stairs. Other than that a great stay . See you next year
