The hotel with the worst service I have stayed in during such a long trip. 1. The road in Lebugou was under construction, and the road condition was very bad and there was a landslide. After arriving at Mama Township at 22:00, I followed the navigation and found that the intersection was impassable due to construction. I called the hotel to ask how to get there. Why didn't they inform the guests that the road was closed? The person who answered the phone directly said that the front desk had gone off work. I was speechless. 2. When we decided to stay in Mama Township, we met a kind brother driving a pickup truck who took us on a detour. We finally arrived at the hotel at 11pm (the front desk was not off work at all, there were so many people and we were all so busy that we didn’t know what to do). We booked two king-size rooms and one standard room for five people, but the front desk said that they had to receive government clients and only had three king-size beds left for us! ! ! 3. During the communication process, they said there was a standard room with a broken door lock (the door could be opened from the outside) that we could stay in. I negotiated with a person who looked like a manager and we reserved the big bed for the three of us, and two more people could stay in that standard room, and then they would refund me the room fee for one room. After we had arranged for three king-size bed rooms, they suddenly said there were no standard rooms left! 4. A friend who stayed in a double bed room found other people’s luggage in the room! ! The other king room had cigarette smoke and ash which was not cleaned. 5. When we coordinated again after the room was out of stock, the manager said that she would vacate her suite (double room) for us to stay in, and the room fee would not be refunded, so we agreed. While we were waiting for the room to be vacated, the manager came over and said that a standard room had been coordinated for us and we needed to wait for the guests to wake up and clean it up. It was already half past midnight and one of the three large beds had to be replaced with this standard room, so our companions who had already checked in had to move rooms. The only compensation was 20% off the room rate, which clearly showed that we had nowhere to go in the middle of the night in this unfamiliar place deep in the mountains and forests. After many unsuccessful attempts with **, we changed hotels. It is better to avoid such hotels that bully customers because of their size (the platform's control is not in place). We were mentally prepared to drive 20 kilometers on the mountain road back to Mama Township. Fortunately, we encountered a homestay with lights on less than one kilometer away. The surrounding B&Bs are not bad either, and are more humane.
