I had the pleasure of staying at Johnscher Hotel, and it was a delightful experience . The staff were welcoming and attentive Receptionist Nicole made my stay at Rochester Hotel a memorable experience. Her dedication to providing outstanding service is a testament to her hard work and passion for her role. The room and bathroom were big and clean I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, The hotel restaurant is reasonably priced,($7 buffet lunch) with high quality of food and with a good service The hotel's location was perfect, .Overall, I highly recommend this Hotel for anyone looking for Central ,convenient location in Curitiba

4 stars for cleanliness because the bathroom had hair on the floor; 4 stars for the facilities because in the early hours of the morning I heard a lot of noises coming from other rooms and the corridor, from the shower, from the toilet flushing, from conversations, you can hear all the neighboring plumbing installations and it's quite annoying. I stayed on the first floor. Furthermore, it is a beautiful hotel, with a comfortable bed, pleasant bathroom, great shower, bathtub, beautiful design, very beautiful decoration, delicious breakfast, helpful and helpful staff.

Excellent hotel with a very unique early 20th century architecture. Comfy beds. Wonderful breakfast. It's a shame I didn't have the chance to try out their in-house restaurant, which by looking the menu appears great too. It would be perfect if rooms had a kettle to boil water - that's the only thing I believe should be improved.

Hotel stay was very comfy and without any inconviences except the temperature in the hotel and the room, but there was a fire place and the hotel owners did everything to minimalize the feeling of cold. I can recommend the hotel to anyone that are going in that neighbourhood.

The height of the ceilings in the apartments draws attention, giving a spacious and airy feel to the rooms. Amazing place. There isn't anything negative to say about this property. Rooms are spacious, comfortable bed and pillows. Great breakfast. I visited back in July so the weather was just perfect. There was delicious soup buffet. Professional, courteous and friendly. Good location. Mr Francis really makes your stay welcoming. He's very friendly, helps you with directions, places to visit, ea. Everyday he makes sure to acknowledge the customers, have a little chat. Definitely recommend this hotel for leisure or business.

Horrible experience and customer service! The manager, Françoise, has no customer service skills and is not capable of giving one a straight answer. If you have an issue during your stay, don’t ask for her!

This is a great place. It's very centrally located just down the road from a lovely square and there are heaps of shops on the street and the fabbest restaurant practically next door (Placa de 5 Sentidos) where you can eat good food while listening to a live classical performance by a violinist or pianist, or both. The hotel is very clean and comfortable -- everything works - and the staff at reception are very helpful and can organise your train trip to Morretes and advise you how to get to Ilha do Mel. The breakfasts are nice and they have afternoon tea as well with coffee and cakes. The laundry service is good too.

a different hotel, very charming in its historical structure, decoration, very comfortable rooms, great cuisine and first-class service, for me the experience was great again, I had already visited the hotel 10 years ago and it remains excellent. I have always received very good service.

Fabulous atmosphere, the conservation of the 1917 style left me amazed, clean room, great shower, wonderful bed and a delicious breakfast. The service was perfect. Congratulations!

Exceptional service!!! Apartment with great space, very well maintained and clean, large and comfortable bed. Adequate breakfast (missing bacon!!!) Privileged location, meeting my mobility needs without using a vehicle.

When we arrived there was no reservation, the employee couldn't find the reservation and we called in advance to make the reservation as we always do this. After the employee said that there was no reservation, we were leaving to look for another place, so I asked but there is no accommodation, we just want to rest, then she took a while, said that there was one on the first floor 107, we got there, the bathroom had water on the floor and the towel step on the floor. But despite all this, we thank you. But we were disappointed this time.
