Outstanding hotel. Our room was beautiful and full of light. The whole team are incredibly helpful and kind. Fabiana the Front of House Manager was really helpful and arranged for us to extend our stay. Breakfast is a la carte and was fabulous. We had drinks each evening in the garden and it’s beautiful. I would highly recommend a stay. The hotel is really central and you can walk to all the main sights.

Our stay at the Four Seasons Milano was nothing short of spectacular. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Milan’s Old Town, with some of the best shopping in the world just steps away. It’s a beautifully walkable area, rich with history and charm. The hotel itself is undergoing a full renovation, and we were fortunate to stay in one of the newly remodeled rooms—elegant, serene, and exceptionally comfortable. The property’s history as a former convent adds a unique and peaceful atmosphere, with beautiful architecture and tranquil courtyards throughout. As always with the Four Seasons, the service was flawless. The concierge team truly made our trip unforgettable—special thanks to Carlo and Olmo, who went above and beyond to plan an incredible day trip to Lake Como and other local tours. Their insight and care added so much to our experience. One tip: bring bug spray. I had no issues, but my husband was consistently bitten, likely from the lovely garden areas. We are already looking forward to returning to this remarkable hotel once the full renovation is complete. Highly recommend for anyone looking for world-class comfort, location, and service in Milan.

Outstanding hotel with top notch service. Highly recommend. We stayed here for 2 nights and were upgraded to a junior suite in the remodeled part of the hotel. The room was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable and so quiet. The staff at the hotel is what makes it stand out. We loved the pool, spa and restaurant. Can’t wait to return.
