Pésimo servicio, en las habitaciones no reponen las toallas necesarias y cuando las solitas te hacen bajar desde tu habitación hasta recepción porque dicen que no cuentan con personal. Aparte! Se cortó el agua y no fueron capaces de ofrecer aunque sea embotellada , siendo que les expliqué que me quede con el shampoo en la cabeza, me dijeron que esperara e la ducha una hora para ver si lo podían solucionar, cosa que recién 4 horas después la dieron… y lo peor que cuando les dije del agua su primer comentario de la recepcionista fue que ella no podía hacer nada porque no sabía

Good stay. Hotel needs some updates. No restaurant. They need to improve cleaning and buy a new towels

Es un lugar hermoso, es limpió solo que en recepción se equivocaron al darme una habitación que no estaba lista. Pero rápidamente me cambiaron de habitación

The experience in general was very bad, since the portal charged me an amount that was later increased by the hotel, I paid in national currency but they increased what was agreed on the portal. The room looked like a hotel in transit and the breakfast is far from what is presented in the images.
